Error when i restore the HDI4000

   Hi, sometimes I have reloaded the sw in an HDI4000, and when I try to restore the system, it appear an error message 501, and I can´t go on to the restore, I don´t know what happened, when I do the back up there´s no problem, so if someona can help me to know why this error and How can I resolve it?
