   Question: I have a GE Vivid 3 that I need to order a hard drive for. What is the part number and does it come pre-loaded with software?
Answer: The part number you need is 2408479 (it is the same for both the Vivid 3 and Vivid 4) and the drive does NOT come pre-loaded with software normally.
