I have a Philips Sonos 5500 with a burnt motherboard . I have substituted the motherboard, recovered the HD and now the PC boots up with windows logo. Once the PC has booted up i get a screen requesting user name and password. The user name that appears is DUNEUSER in capital letters but i don´t know the password.

Can you please help me?

Hello Fanie,
 
That is the logon screen for the IDI box, not the SONOS 5500 itself.
 
Just enter DUNEUSER in the password field as well as the user name field.
