Siemens Acuson Cypress

   I am currently working on a Cypress which has little to no penetration, is not affected by gain or STC controls and loss of ECG and ultrasound after selecting Color or PW modes. A loose screw fell out after removing back cover so believe HV was shorted out. Do symptoms suggest HV board failure and if so what would be price and availability of part? (White bar code label has the following numbers: 16060856 and 10011574.01. Thank you for any help/advice.
