Siemens sonoline g20 boot error

I am having a problem with a siemens sonoline g20 that has failed to boot completely. The power supply is ok but everytime you try to boot, the system powers off at some point during the boot sequence.
I have changed the thermos battery and checked the HDD. I think i have a processor problems but am not sure.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Craig,

I would reload software and ensure all power supplies are within OEM specifications.

From there, if it always stops at the same point in the boot sequence, I would try reseating all the boards one by one with the power off to see if that helps. Finally, try booting from a minimum configuration.
