   I've noticed that the touch panel on my voluson expert BT02 does freeze from time to time


When the buttons are pressed nothing happens


I've cleaned it and even washed my hands


Is there any way of knowing if it's a software or hardware problem

	Hello Awhelan, Does this occur on just the touch panel or all keys? I would recommend re-seating all the cables to the keyboard as well as re-loading software. If the problem persists, verify all the power supplies are within OEM specifications. Finally, if the problem still persists, it is most likely a fault with he touch panel.
